A Canadian Ghost Tale

It all happened on a perfectly sunny day. All four us sat around
the Ouija board in the dark with a flashlight while Jenn's parents
were out getting pizza. We asked the Ouija to give us a sign within
the next 10 seconds to see if a spirit was truly there. A couple
seconds later Jenn's brother ran into the room yelling "Jenn! it's
raining!" All four of us immediately looked out the window to see
the rain pouring down.

Later that night while we were in our sleeping bags in the front
room with a window that showed the street. April, who was the
only one facing the window, suddenly got pale and quiet. She then
turned the other way and snuggled up in her sleeping bag.

The next day we found out that she had seen a black figure walking
in front of the window. She then recounted a story of one of
her aunts who had also seen a black figure cross in front of her
window then a week after the sighting, her aunt's brother died!

That morning Jenn's parents and brother went out to the mall,
leaving us alone. We decided to play with the Ouija board again.
We asked for another sign in the next 10 seconds. There was no sign
so we asked again. Still no sign. About two minutes later a broom
in the kitchen fell for no apparent reason! All four of us freaked!
April was crying and the rest of us were all huddled up. About a
minute later Jenn, Brynn and Janie heard a muffled voice coming from
the fireplace. Of course April didn't hear because she was too busy
crying. No one understood what the voice was saying. About an hour
later Janie and Brynn had to leave.

When Jenn's parents arrived home they asked Jenn and April why all
the pictures were slanted and the fire was out. The only explanation
is that Ouija did it.

Exactly a week later, April was at her cousin's house and was sitting
alone on the couch with a clear view of the window, when she saw the
same shadow again.

We changed all our names but the rest remains true.
